As i earlier asked that i want to pursue MA and B.ED together i want to know that if i apply for MA in regular mode and B.ED in private mode from the same University, IS it legal ?

Hi,
According to the modified UGC guidelines, it is now legal to do Master's in Arts (M.A.) and B.Ed at the same time. Earlier, it was prohibited, but now you can pursue it. However, the condition is you have to do one course as a regular candidate and the other course as a distance learning or private mode.
According to your query, yes, you can pursue an MA in regular mode and B.Ed in private or distance learning mode.
