No ,there is no need to upload your 12th marksheet now if you are already filled up the form because the ones who are presently in 12th class can also fill the form for clat ,your marksheet of class 10th will be taken in consideration in place of your 12th marksheet. If you have filled the form of clat and got the admit card, then now just focus on your preparation and leave all the other things behind.
