As i have secured 48.33% including physics 39,maths 47 and computer science 118 marks so i have a question that is im eligible for the engineering first year admission pls let me know

Yes, you're eligible for first year engineering degree i.e. BTECH
Though taking admission in engineering college requires JEE exams, so you have to give that if you want to take admission in engineering college.
JEE exams date will be released soon and you will be notified. I really hope that you have already fill out the registration form for same. If not, you have to try next year or there are some colleges who do take admission on basis of their own entrance exams you can go for them.
Clearing JEE exams will directly make you eligible for many IIT And NIT colleges in India.
Don't worry, you will get admission soon.
Also, there are many private colleges who took admission in BTECH of students on their 12the merit bases, you may apply there too.

Yes I have applied for jee mains April(Sept) but I have question that is I'm eligible for engineering colleges in maharashtra from board point of view as I have scored 48.33 % in physics maths and computer science and I have scored jan jee mains with 89.56% but the criteria for engineering admission is 50% in boards na that I have not cleared.

The basic eligibility criteria to get admission for the course b.tech in mahatma Gandhi jawaharlal nehru engineering college , Aurangabad is candidate must have passed their 10+2 from any recognised board with Science Steam subjects having physics, chemistry and mathematics and candidate must have secured a minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks in PCM AND ENGLISH subject altogether, there is a relaxation of 5 percent for reserved category students.
