As I live in Gujarat a day my parents also live in Gujarat only and passed my 12 in Gujarat only but belong to Rajasthan and have domicile of Rajasthan but my parents don't have domicile of Rajasthan can I fill the reap process of admission in Rajasthan

As per the eligibility criteria , if you are a bonafide residence of Rajasthan , and you or your parents have domacile certificate of Rajasthan that means you are eligible for REAP process , your parents domacile certificate is optional in case you have your own domacile certificate of Rajasthan, so overall you are eligible with your own
Domacile certificate of Rajasthan residency.
