Yes, through All India Quota, you're eligible to participate in GMCs of other states for which you don't hold the domicile.
Now coming to your question,it's difficult to predict the exact cut-off as it varies every year based on number of factors such as seat matrix, top NEET score, difficulty level of paper, number of candidates appearing etc. In 2018 the least marks to secure a GMC in MP through AIQ was 552 marks for Bundelkhand Medical College, Sagar while in 2019 it was 591 marks for GMC, Shahdol. Hence, securing above 625-630 can help candidates from General Category to be on a safer side in terms of securing a GMC seat through AIQ in MP.
