To get a government medical college you must score 520+ marks in the NEET exam, and to be qualified to opt for MBBS you must score 360+ marks.
So in your case you are eligible to go form MBBS but i am afraid that you can't be able to get a government college to pursue it. But you can always go for a private institution.
