As in future I want to be MBA(HR). After my guraduation wt kind of job should I do which will be preferred by XLRI or other top institute

Job is rarely related for MBA, You can get into a good college with a good program that you wish to score well in the exams like Cat or Xat. and some Good extra curriculars with Good Past Academics. If you are opting for a job just explain them well about your Roles Responsibilities and about your company and What new you did there, This much will be sufficient to get admission in any top B School.

After your graduation you should give first preference to the management jobs. Because there is much scope in management than other feilds.
