hi,
see to become eligible for ms or mtech courses in abroad university you need to prepare for ielts, toefel, gre like exams which ever applicable for the particular university, also you may have seen that abroad marks system are based on 4 point scale where our marks or cgpa is calculated as 10 pointer scale. so in every university either they have particular marks criteria to become eligible for admission, also your ielts/toefel/gre scores matters as well as if you have any research publications or journals published in graduation level, it would be beneficial to become shortlishting.

see for post graduate or doctoral course admission top universities minimum criteria is generally 7.5 or more in ielts , so I suggest you to try for better score.
