As my IIT JAM score is 38.33. Can I get admission in NIT trichy?

Hello,
Based on the cutoff of 2018 ,30.67 score was required under general category for physics and 52.33 for chemistry.
Every year the cutoff will vary based on the difficulty level of exam, no of applicants, no of seats available etc.
