Hi reader ,
NEET exam can be conquered with a smart planning and efficient use of resources.
As you mentioned that you have already covered 60% of your syllabus of class 12th , you should focus on completing the rest of 40% with the approach of concept building. This will help you in two ways. Firstly you will be able to cover your syllabus for term 2 board exams and also your neet syllabus.
now since you have covered your 11th completely thats a very great thing.
you mentioned that you are not very confident in them but do not worry you will require some quick brushup to remember them again.
now all three subjects should have different approach.
for biology , as there is a saying that ncert is the bible so do as many reading of it as much possible. Also try to derive questions from the text you read so that it will help you in active recalling of the datas. You can use ANKI app for revising stuufs which you tend to forget easily. revision alongwith ncert oriented practice is the key for biology.
for physics your 1st focus should be on concept building and then practicing . If you start practicing before you have a strong base , that will do no good to you. and instead will demotivate you to the core. the correct approch should be wach lectures , revise notes , derive short notes and then do extensive practice. during the revision mode, revise the short notes you made and practice questions and note the mistakes which you are commiting regularly in your short notes.
chemistry has three parts and each one has different approach. physical chemistry is similar to physics and hence the method should be similar to what was there in physics. Inorganic is like biology so sticking exensively to ncert and making concise notes is the key here. organic requires concept building in stuffs like reaction mechanism and reading of ncert thoroughly for name reactions and chapters like polymer , biomolecules etc.
list out your weak topics and effectively work on them. make short notes give regular mock tests and analyze them.
i hope this answer helps you.
thank you
Hello there ,
Hope you are doing well . See firstly do have confidence. You still have time for NEET-2022 and as you mentioned that you have covered 11th and a greater proportion of 12 th ,I'll suggest you to firstly finish the syllabus by March end without getting distracted and then revise multiple times , study the little bits of left our portions and give NEET pattern part tests first and then full syllabus test . Giving full syllabus tests every 3-4 days in the last 1.5 months from the examination will suffice .
As of now it's expected that NEET won't happen in May and you should consider that it will happen sometime in June end or July beginning. So you'll still have ample time to revise.
Also ,
Stick to NCERTs whatsoever!(I can't stress this enough) ,specially for biology ,organic and inorganic chemistry. There's no need to do theory from anywhere else for these subjects/topics .
Practice ample no. of questions from standard practice books like MTG . Then revise it multiple times . Don't switch sources without completing the earlier .
Read and revise biology NCERT word to word and practice all diagrams ,flowcharts and tables as many times as you can .
Give ample no. of mock tests of standard coaching institutes in a time bound manner and make a mistake book in which you'll write all your mistakes while analysing the paper .
Also, do practise atleast the past 10 years question papers . That's going to be a boost to your preparation.
Don't get distracted ! For this time ,get rid of all your distraction .
Know about your body clock and have a proper sleep-wake cycle . Your health is of prime importance during the preparation. Also have proper and healthy meals regularly.
You can also join some online or offline classes for learning and strengthening concepts and topics .But always give your self-study the prime importance.
As you mentioned that you are in class 12th , see the syllabus of NEET and boards are the same so that's not something to really worry about . Just the question paper pattern is different .I'll suggest you to give a bit of an upper edge to NEET if you want to crack it along with your 12th boards .
These are the main pointers that you should keep in mind . This should help you in cracking NEET, whichever year you are giving ,with flying colours .
All the best!
Hope my answer helped .
