As neet application form filling starts today, there are very much news about form filling process. So I heard about something that the dropper students have to submit a kind of affidavit mentioning what they do during their drop time. Is anyone here who tell whats the matter and is it true or not?

This is not certain now that you have to deposit this certificate while registering for NEET.
But this is nothing but similiar to gap certificate which candidate used to deposit at the time of counseling mentioning the years he/she dropped after class 12th before giving NEET
This is a simple certificate, you can get from your city with the help of lawyer or any legal authority.
