If you do not hold the domicile of Karnataka, you can only participate in the State Counselling for the Management Quota of Private Medical Colleges and other Open seats. You will be considered only under General Category but you cannot claim any other Quota.  So you cannot apply for Religious Minority Colleges under reservation.
