Dear Aspirant
Hope you are doing well
I know how you feel but you already filled neet form so attempt it as much as you know to be serious if not drop not works then makes you more suffer if you have faith that i can crack it definitely next time then i suggest you to go for it but if it is not then i suggest you to what time you have know use it in your study try solve previous year question papers and mock test series
Previous year question link https://www.google.com/amp/s/medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-question-paper/amp
Mock test https://nta.ac.in/Quiz
As there is some time use crash course

Dont be depressed for the scenarios around you. Just keep your mind calm and think in a positive way. It is okay to give another try if you think you cant crack it this time. Since it's generally very difficult to do it in first attempt. But, I think you should at least give a try to experience the exam, pattern and the time management. Keeping the outcomes aside, instead of dropping, I would suggest you to give a try and if you dont make it this time then you will come back stronger for the next year. So it's never a bad idea to attempt even if we have low confidence. Just attempt it for the experience and dont think about what the result would be. This would help you in understanding the exam and its management. Go ahead and attempt it this year and give your best to make it and not be demotivated if you cant make it this time. WE STILL DO HAVE MORE CHANCES.
Hope this helps. Thank you.
