As per nbe site upload window for uploading embassy signed degree certificate for fmg exam will open on 20 Aug, but on accessing nbe am unable to get the link for upload of cert. Please advice how to upload. There is lockdown in Kolkata on 31 Aug, the fmge date. Will there chance of exam dat change

I hope you are in good condition . I would like to know you that for such queries you can write e-mail to the concerned authority.
By the way, for your date change concerned , I would like to tell you that it may change slightly. But most probably it will not.
