You can get many good government medical college with this rank. Since you haven't mentioned your category, I'm assuming that you are from the general category. Getting a seat in AIIMS will be tough as competition is very high. You should apply for counseling. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
