I regret to inform you that with such a low score its difficult for you to get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits.
As nits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.
Either you take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any reputed private institutes.

May be you cannot get seat by your common rank list but possibly you can get seat in good college by your obc rank list. I will suggest you to go through this link to check out your eligibility in different colleges
