As per the latest updates 2nd puc exams are canceled and grades are calculated based on 1st puc marks....what will the criteria be for 50% theory marks which would have been theory marks of 2nd puc every year...what will be done this time???

see the rules for marks calculations would be decide by the specific exam board controller. you did not mention the board name, however in official website of education board latest notifications for marks calculation, exam updates are published. you do mention the education board  name in comment section, so that we may help you with information.

Akhil see students appearing in 2nd puc will be promoted based on 11th score, however till now no decision has made on the process or marks calculation for 2nd puc. so wait for official declaration and keep an eye on official site.
