Hello Siddharth!

There can be differences in actual rank and the rank predicted using  previous year rank predictor tool. These differences occur due to changing number of students who give NEET exam every year. Even, cutoff for colleges can vary by huge margin sometimes. However, with 14,046 rank, you have very good chances of getting excellent medical colleges. It cannot be said whether you will get exact colleges, however, the chances are relatively high.
