As round 1 is over in MANIPAL counselling and I didn't participate in it, can I participate in Round 2??

Hello,
Yes, you can register for round 2 of counselling even if you have not registered for the first round. In MIT counselling candidates need to register for each round. There are six rounds, intra institute round and spot round. If you have valid rank and fulfilled the eligibility criteria you can register for round 2.
