Yes a sc candidate can get IIT with lesser marks when compared to general and obc candidate. But don't ask for passing/cutoff marks. Just prepare your very best and score as much as you can. Regarding it is generally around 70 every year.
Also you have female quota. So you have sc + female quota great. You have a great opportunity to get into IIT. Don't miss.

well if a SC student gets 60-70 marks in jee mains he can easily get through jee mains and in jee advanced scoring 20-30% marks can get you into good IIT's.
