You are facing this problem because you must not have uploaded the correct images but if you are uploading images as per the specified resolution and still it is not getting uploaded there then you should log out from your application and login again then again try to re-upload it.

Also you have to follow the correct steps to change the images with new one :-

** Visit the official site of NEET 2021and click on the button saying' Correction in NEET UG 2021 Application form'.

** Now login using his login credentials.

** Edit/delete/modify the details whichever required in NEET 2021 application form.

** After making corrections just click on 'Preview and Submit' and then preview the form if it does not require further modification then just submit it.

** Now you will get an OTP on your registered mobile number and e-mail, just enter it and your correction will be submitted.

** Now take the print out of the NEET correction slip for future references.

Images should only be uploaded in the prescribed specifications as given below :-

-->> Passport size photograph (10-200 Kb in JPG format),

-->> Signature (4-30 Kb in JPG Format),

-->> Class 10th certificate and category certificate(50-300 Kb in PDF Format),

-->> Left-Hand Thumb impression (10-200 Kb in JPG format) and

-->> Postcard size photograph (4"*6")(10-200 Kb in JPG Format).
