But as per what I know You have to clear your mains for which you need An Aggregate of 75% in Boards to appear for Main and Advanced. Plus specially required rank in JEE main To be eligible to appear for Advanced. So fulfil these basic requirements.

No not at all , you are only eligible JEE Advance for 2020 and 2021 only if you qualified JEE Mains of respective year or qualified board exam with more than 75% or lie in top 20 percentile of your board .
JEE Advance is to be held in August 2020 and your result is being declared in July so you will be eligible for JEE Advance this year if meet eligibility criteria and next year only not in 2022 .
And the rule you state works under normal circumstances when JEE Advance usually held in May not in special circumstances like what is happening now .
