ASSAM CEE 2019 merit list?Please reply whether i would get a seat or not?my rank is 1519 gen. category and got 103 marks.

As you may be knowing that Assam CEE merit list 2019 has been announced.
Now as you have secured 103 marks(1519 rank in general category) which in itself is very poor to make it to good college under CEE Assam.
However you might have some chances to get admission in one of the college in Assam, but ofcurse your probability is very low.
But you can try for other Institute in Assam which takes intake through CEE.
