at 1500 JE Advanced 2019 rank, which IIT college I should choose I am interested in CS, I am also getting CS in BITS GOA

Akhilesh, I will suggest not to go for bits goa cse,. See, CSE is not everything you should understand that. IIt gives you far more opportunities than bits goa. Even a branch like ECE at roorkee or guwahati at IIT will be far more satisfactory and resulting. So please understand this CSE is not evrything. I am IIT G cse undergrad.
