At  this point in time, the State Common Entrance Test Cell hasn't released the cut offs yet for MHT CET 2020.  But going by the expected percentile for this year available at our article: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/mht-cet-cutoff#MHT-CET-2020-Percentile-Vs-Ranks-Expected, your rank might be 19,001 – 32,000 and your score might be  around  90-100 and with this score, you might not get a seat in a Government College.  This is based on 2019 data and also please remember that cut offs, score, percentiles and ranks change every year.
