At age 20 i feels i wasted 3 years of life just sleeping lost friends my Dadaji Cracking Sbi was my dream but feels i have no caliber to crack it and feels i am late to start from scratch and weak English in all at 20 but it is last option left as a career i feels depressed and lost all hope at 20

see sbi clerk or po exam is a really competitive exams in india and thousands of people appear for the exam, recruitment process has different sections, so if you do not have the well preparation there is less possibility of success, so I suggest you to also try for private jobs and you may apply for private bank also, due to covid 19 situation there is a chances that there will be less hiring in government and psu jobs, so right now you should work to improve your skills and try for both private and government job.
