At Aiims ...My basic regristration was succesfully approved but by mistake i reupload my photo again...Would my basic regristation will approved or not again ?

If your basic registration was approved, there should not be any further problem of you re - uploaded the photo again. Although, to be on a safer side and not to be in any trouble, you should contact the office helpdesk by visiting the official website and enquire about the same.
