Hi Srinivasa!!! I would like to inform you that it's mandatory to pay the DD during counselling without which you'll not even get your allotment in any branch in any campus no matter what your rank is and yes they do return the money by deducting the counselling fee but you need to withdraw before the date fixed by them else nothing will be refunded.
