Right now you cannot change anything in your NEET UG application form. As a result, your rank will not be released under EWS category.
However, you might have a chance of mentioning your correct category while filling up the state counselling form. This totally depends on if the state counselling process asks the student to freshly mention their category or it automatically enters the category you mentioned while filling up the NEET UG application form.
