Where have been you applied for NIT, as per counselling precess rules, the candidate must have Domicile of your home state or you can apply in state from where you have passed your xii board. If you have domicile and caste Certificate if Rajasthan and you have applied in Rajasthan only then there's no issue. For admission to NIT in Gujarat state you must have passing certificate of Gujarat .
