Hi Saradha,

If you have submitted an application form with incomplete details then that form will be considered as invalid and will be rejected by the authorities and the application fees will not be refunded back in such cases.

If a candidate tries to fill the application form using various other IDs, then the application form will be rejected.

In some cases, if the data that you have entered do not match with the documents uploaded like Aadhar card, then your form will be considered invalid.

These are the possible cases of a failed application form or failed registration of NEET exam.
