As per last year's cutoff i.e. 2019 the average marks a candidate needs to secure in order to get an All India rank of 200 for JEE mains and advanced is as follows
Jee Advanced :- 250 - 280 out of 360.
JEE MAINS :- 275 - 290 out of 360.
This is based on last year's Cutoff and is ought to change but this expected range of marks should be enough for you to get an AIR of 200.
Hope this helps.
