It is difficult to predict the exact marks. Because seat allotment depends on rank and the marks vs rank trend changes every year depending on number of candidates appeared, top score in the exam, normalised marks, number of candidates belonging to your category etc. Analysing the previous year cut off trends you need to score minimum 90-110 marks or above to have decent chances of getting seat in CSE in NIT. Cut off varies from Institute to another and it changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam, number of seats available etc.
