Hello,
It is quite difficult to predict the exact score because the percentile vs marks trend changes every year. Percentile is the percentage of total candidates who have scored less than or equal marks than you. Based on JEE Main 2021 Marks Vs Percentile trend you need to score minimum 80-90 marks in JEE Main to secure a percentile score of 90. And you need to answer minimum 20-23 questions approximately.

Dear candidate, it is very difficult to get all answers correct, but if you are asking then if you attempt 22-24 questions(all correct), then you can easily get above 90 percentile. There is negative marking for every wrong answer. So, study everything, do not leave any topic from the syllabus as the JEE Mains exam covers each and every topic, try to attempt maximum questions in less time and that too correctly, with accuracy.
Hope, it helps!

In JEE MAINS both sections numerical as well as objective carry 4 marks each . So accordingly you need to do around 20 questions to get a percentile near 90(provided all solved questions are correct).
This analysis given in above link is based on previous year trends, it may vary due to changing trends every ,however gives a rough idea.
