Hello Shagun,
To qualify for any AIIMS across India you need to obtain at least 50%/45%/40% for general/OBC/SC&ST category respectively. But the merit cut off percentile for AIIMS MBBS 2018 is quite high. It is 98.8 for general category, 97.01 for OBC, 93.65 for SC&ST category.
Since each subject has 60 questions (40+20), and 10 each for aptitude and logical thinking and general knowledge so in order to even qualify you should attempt at least 100 questions correctly. To ensure even this you should be able to at least answer 40 questions correctly in both biology and chemistry and 5 question each in G.k and aptitude section and at least 10 in physics without any negative marking, which is quite a difficult job.
However last year's AIIMS Delhi cut off percentile for all categories was 99. So I would advise you to solve as many questions as possible in each section with utmost accuracy as this will increase your chances of qualifying in AIIMS Delhi.
To achieve this I would suggest you to solve as many questions as possible in your preparation period to accurately answer questions in the main exam.
