It's quite difficult to get the question papers of particular universities and that to a particular semester in a subject. Same is with Andhra University. To get the papers, you can either type some keywords on Google and check. If you don't get them, check on the official website of Andhra University. Else, if you have the access to library, you can visit the page or visit the library physically and search for the question papers there.
