Maharashtra is forming an Autonomous Institutions consortium, which allows students from one autonomous college to take courses in another autonomous college with full credits. You can get a government job or any job by clearing exams conducted by the government to get various job positions.

It doesn't matter where you did college once you clear any exam because you get marks according to your capability, not by name of any college.
