First of all, the universal truth is that packages always differ in different institutes.

Starting package is 30-35k per month (maximum) and after that it will increase.

If you are thinking to do your masters from IHM then you can expect a handsome package.

Generally, as a trainee you will get a stipend of about 21,000. IHM Mumbai offers 31,000 for trainee (highest).

If you get placed in ITC, you can expect around 40-50k  based on your experience.

If you have talent, no need of good college tag, big companies will offer you big packages for your talent, not college name.
