Pursuing MBA after engineering has become very popular now a days because if career options and the higher salary compared to engineering.At time engineers opt to do MBA because they lose their interest in the field of engineering or in the technical field.An engineers average package is 11 lakhs per annum and for a MBA graduate this may rise up-to 18 lakhs.

There will be a limit for the payment of an engineer even though if he or she out performs. Engineering is much the same in many positions.Whereas MBA is hired for handling company or the organizations in the fields of marketing, finance,handling budgets and many more important departments.The efforts of the work is measurable and there are chances of getting promotions and hike in the salary.The talent is very important to work after doing MBA.

The engineering students have an advantage after doing MBA as they will have both technical and managerial skills. The package for the students totally depends on the college you join.
