Average salary for cs engineering
It's not a proper question,
It depends on many factors.
It depends on the college from where you have graduated.
It depends on government or private college.
It depends on the communication skills you have,
But on an average, the package is about 3 to 4 lacs per annum if you belong to tier 2 or 3 college.
But if you are from any related institute, then the companies will be different and hence then your package will be more.

Dear student, yours is a real 'it depends' question. Exactly what sort of computer engineer are you? What are you working at. How long experience? How good are you? How hard do you work?
The answer is that the average (median) salary is around 400,000 Rs - 4 Lakh rupees per year. That is equivalent to about US$6,000 per year. But there are very large variations both up and down. Because there is a surplus of good computer engineers in India salaries there are much lower, job for job, than in USA.
All the best
Hope this helps
