Hello Pratik,
Yes, you can apply for an entrance exam for Indian Army if you have studied BA. But different ranks and positions have different entrance exams with different eligibility criteria. So not all the posts might be open to apply through a BA degree. I’m attaching a link with the necessary information needed for deciding which exam and army position you’re eligible for
