Both the courses are totally different and have their own perks. The decision is yours and your interest in which field you are willing to work.
B.Architecture(B.Arch) is basically a undergraduate degree programme in the field of architecture.Students get rich knowledge about architecture the basics,how to have a portfolio of your own,designing of plans,drawings of different buildings etc.You need to qualify NATA or else JEE for pursuing B.Arch.It is a five year undergraduate programme.Eligibility-10+2 pass with 50% aggregate marks from any recognized board.Colleges provide placements and you may get the best ones if you pursue the course from a well known and reputed college.
Bachelor of Design(B.Design) is an undergraduate degree programme of 4 years. If you are interested in the field of designing you can always go for it. The aim is to build up a candidate's knowledge in the field of designing, ,product design, space design,textile design, etc.There are many career opportunities after completing this course.The application procedure depends on the college applied. Every college/ university has its own admission procedure.
Job opportunities of B.Arch include data analyst, interior designer, architecture engineer, staff consultant,technical assistant, project assistant manager, staff consultant,architecture draftsman,etc.
Job opportunities of B.Design include product designer,graphic designer,costume designer,teachers,fashion stylists, textile design, cutting assistant, design managers,fashion forecasters,etc.
Graduates from both the courses are offered attractive salaries with an average package of around 3-4 lacs per annum at the beginning.
