Well for bed private institutions has 25k+ seats and government institutions all over has 10k seats.So aspirants with rank in 10k has opportunities to be in government institutions rest come under private .

Actually B.Ed admissions are done on the basis of ranks. There are around 10000 seats of B.Ed in Government Colleges of Uttar Pradesh and around 250000 in private colleges. So if you have got a rank above 10000 then you will definitely be able to get a government college and if above 250000 then a private college.
