Bpharm - you'll be well versed with how the medicines and drugs work whereas with biotechnology you'll have a broader view of various techniques in biology that can be used to manipulate life to our benefit.
Hence, if you are looking for a broader course choose biotechnology. You'll have a lot of research opportunities, abroad options, jobs in pharmaceutical companies open. BPharm on the other hand is very specific.
