Hello Amit,

Different colleges and universities conduct their own examination for admission to B.Pharm courses. Some state level entrance exams are also conducted for admission to B.Pharm course. Generally admission in government colleges of B.Pharm are done through state level entrance exams only. So you will have to check their respective websites or brochrues to know about their admission procedures. I am listing below some entrance exams for B.Pharm courses-

BITS Pitani conducts BITSAT for B.Pharm admission.

West Bengal Joint Entrance Exam (WBJEE) is conducted at state level.

GITAM admission test (GAT UGTP).

Indraprastha University CET (IPU CET).

etc.

Before shortlisting the colleges for B.Pharm study, I advise that you first check if the respective college and its curriculum is approved with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) or not. Do not go for a college whose curriculum is not approved by PCI.

I hope it will help you.

All the best.
