B.Pharm & BSc in Any paramedical studies both are good choice but you have to choose from the perspective of your interest. If you want to work in the Hospital set up as a Paramedical stuff such as Nurse, Operation Theatre Technologist, Ultrasonography Technologist, Physiotherapist etc, then going for the course of BSc Paramedical will be a better choice for you.
