Hope you are doing well. As per your query IIT Varanasi is one of the top tier and best college amongst all the IITs. The placement status of the college is excellent. The highest package offered was 1.53 CPA whereas the other offers ranged from 10 LPA to 50 LPA. Though the placements for pharmaceutical engineering were not that great as core companies didn't come for campus placements.
