B.Tech is a professional degree and it has more of market value whearas MSc is still considered as an academic degree. During your 4 years of B.Tech there are various practicals and mini projects which make you job ready . The syllabus of B.Tech is also designed in such a way that the learner will be able to apply the skills in real life .
Bsc and MSc is academic degree and it mainly involves the theory based learning . For developing your skills you need to do additional courses.
So BSc CS + MSc CS ≠ B. Tech
Both are different and have different job prospects.
