B.a in French language or b.a in German language, which should be better choice according to future prospects?

both are nice languages to study . But ,in my views , you should go with french languag as it had wide scope to offer and is widely used . Both languages will help you in future for sure .

Both French as well as German are beautiful languages and pursuing either of them will shoot and enhance your career to a whole new level.
Talking about Bachelors in German , Germany as a country is progressive and has a major Automobile industry in germany. Big market players like BMW,AUDI,Volkswagen and many more have operating headquaters in germany so i guess you should go with german. Futhermore german as a language is easy to learn and is moreover like english.All the best
