Yes, you can give for IAS exam i. e UPSC civil services examination with your BA degree and after qualifying it you can become an IAS officer as well
This is because,
To be eligible for UPSC examination there's no need to be a graduate in a particular discipline, all you need to be is a graduate in any discipline from a recognised university be it BA or any other graduation course.
So, you don't worry with BA degree you will be eligible for UPSC

*You must have a bachelor's degree in any, discipline from a recognised university.
*Minimum age limit :- you need to be at least 21 years old to be eligible.
*Maximum age limit :- 32 years , also there's 3 year relaxation on upper age limit for obc and of 5 years for sc/st category.

Your UPSC civil services examination consists of three stages
*The first stage of the exam is Preliminary examination (objective )
*The second stage, Mains (written).
*If you manage to clear mains then you are to go through third stage i.e interview/personality test .
